The California Golden Plume Band is the marching band’s formal gig band that performs at a variety of events and parties. The Golden Plume Band brings the quality performance and iconic appearance of the Cal Band to smaller settings. From weddings to birthday parties to special events, the 10-12-member band performs rock, jazz, holiday, and Cal songs. The Golden Plume Band can be recognized by their characteristic gold plumes atop the renowned California Band uniforms.
